      SMS Logs Summary

      We've enhanced our reporting capabilities. While our previous report showed individual text messages organized by phone number and channel, our new CSV report offers comprehensive analytics that summarize both outbound and inbound message volumes across phone numbers and channels.

      To access this, go to 'Reporting' then 'Logs' and select the date range in SMS in the drop-down.

      Run the report and at the bottom there is a button for downloading the Summary CSV.
